Good work ...
I love the cognac color and the heel height is perfect for work, not too high. I followed the advice of others and purchased a half size smaller even though I ALWAYS wear a 9 in Nine West. The 8 1/2 fit a little snug, but they don't slip off the heel and I think they will stretch a bit. Overall, a good ... but I would suggest ordering a half size smaller.

These are a nice basic flat. I'm not too great with heels, but I find the height manageable. They are fairly comfortable, as long as you are not on your feet 24/7 or anything. I have the nude "tortora" color and it's pretty versatile. The only cons are that the heel does slip a little while you walk and the material that the platform of the tortora is made out of makes a lot of noise as you walk on hard surfaces. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind if you work in a quiet, uncarpeted office.

Great ...
I was looking for a nude heel for work that was comfortable and not super high. I found it! These are versatile and classic but the platform gives them a modern touch.

Heel slips, otherwise great!
Love the look of these shoes, but the heel does slip. I'm going to try some of the inserts like others have said and hope that once I break them in some more they will not slip as much. The wooden platforms are VERY loud on the wood floors at work. I got the Tortora (nude) color and it is great!

I LOVE these shoes - they are exactly what I was looking for. They are nice enough to be worn with a dress or a suit for work or evening and can be dressed down to wear with jeans. I am short (5'1") and am always looking for a comfortable heal that gives me height but is not so tall that I cannot comfortably walk in them. Because of the platform on these shoes, I get more height but it does not kill my feet. I ordered them in black and will likely order another pair in brown.

So good looking - but heel slips
I love the look of these - the color, the stacked wood heel, the small platform. They look sexy and the heel height is modest enough to wear to work and walk around town in comfortably (maybe not ALL around town, but for a little bit anyway). What sucks, like many others have said, is that the heel slips. I might have been able to solve this by ordering a 1/2 size down, but I didn't want my toes to be scrunched, so I ordered my regular size and also bought ... inserts. I have a rubber insert on the back of the heel to help the slipping, plus an insert under the ball of my foot, to keep my foot from sliding forward too much. Overall, I'd recommend either ordering a 1/2 size down or budgeting another $15 for the inserts.

Platform- not too high
I had tried two other black platform options (AK wysteria and one by Franco Sarto) which I had to return b/c I could not keep them on my feet. This pair is not too high and mostly did not slip on the heel. There is enough room in the toe so they are pretty comfortable. The platform does make the bottom inflexible, which in unaviodable. I wore these to work and found them to be appropriate. So, far, this is the best platform I have found. if they continue to be comfortable, I may get the neutral too.

nice ... lot of fit problems
i read the reviews on this ... decided to buy them on the chance that they would work for me. after putting in heel grips and toe inserts the ... fits well. Also the shoes seem hallow in the foot platform. they make a lot of noise when you walk on a hard surface. i kept the ... because for the price i can make them work. they are a great warm chestnut brown and a perfect height.

I wish I could have kept them
These shoes are beautiful. A work of art. Unfortunately, they were tight on my toes, loose on my heel and the platform made them very inflexible so they would flip off my heel when I walked. I had to return them.

Comfortable but runs large
These are are pretty much as pictured. There was a scratch in the faux wood platform when I received them, but I decided to overlook it and now wish I had sent them back. When I walked around at home they fit perfectly. Walking outside and at work my heels slide out constantly so I have to walk funny to keep it from happening. I'll have to buy inserts and hope that ...

Beautiful ... terrible fit
These really do look great, but the fit is all wrong. Somehow my toes and the ball of my foot were terribly scrunched, but, as other reviewers have mentioned, my heel slipped out of the ... every other step. I own several pairs of Nine West ... same size that fit well, so these are something of an anomaly. If you have narrow feet, these might work for you, but order a half size down. If your feet are a normal width, find another ...
