Originially purchased Crocs that were listed as woman's size 8-9, men's 6-7, they were made in Boulder, Co. The new pair I just purchased are women's 9, men's 7, made in Mexico. The new ones are about a whole size smaller than the old ones. So be sure to account for this difference. Outside of size, there is no difference between the two. I love my crocs, they are my work ... never let my feet become tired (and I am on them all day)!
Disappointed.. with a weird smell This is the only pair of Crocs that I've ever purchased that actually runs true to size. I normally wear a size 8.5 in every other ... have a wide food. However, in Crocs I usually wear an 8 in their flats and clogs. I ordered an 8 and it was too small. Then I ordered a 9, and it still felt tight all around the back. As for the feel of the fleece or whatever is lining the inside, it feels okay at first but a friend of mine told me that it tends to wear down quickly over time and not feel good anymore. I guess I could see that. Also, both pairs I ordered had a very, very strong chemically/plasticy smell that bothered me. I also want to mention that I ordered the dark brown color which ended up looking really dark to me. Maybe a little darker than in the picture. I ended up just returning these and giving up which was too bad because I'd been eyeing them for the past year. Maybe they will work for you and as another reviewer noted: they do run in men's sizes but with the women's sizes in parentheses. It's not impossible to figure out your size, just read carefully.

So cute! So practical! Love them : ) Just received my wellies and I couldn't be happier! I had a hard time finding them, but finally got lucky on Piperlime! I bought the red. The red is a really nice color - just bright enough without being overpowering. I would describe them as an "old flag" type red. A bit muted. I typically wear a women's size 7 1/2 and after reading other reviews, ordered a size down (women's 7 US size) and I am glad I did. They fit great, even with the wellie socks (which I had to order elsewhere since Piperlime didn't have my size/color). When they arrived they were coated in a white film, but I didn't fret thanks to having read other reviews that this could happen. I took a warm cloth and wiped them down - this helped, but there is still a film there. I don't think this is a big deal. Still look adorable. These are perfect for our Buffalo winters. Other boots end up salt stained and looking yucky by the end of winter, but I have a feeling these will hold up well since I can just wipe them down. I can also look forward to splashing around with my 2 little ones this spring! Thanks, Piperlime!
Love these shoes! I love these shoes! These are the perfect shoe for winter in the midwest. I have a narrow foot so these fit me perfectly but they might be a bit on the small side especially if you have a wide foot.
Loved Bass since i was a kid at camp! I've always been a fan of Bass. I had a pair of camp shoes 25 years ago that I loved and adored and wore until they didn't fit my growing feet anymore. I was excited to see the saddle shoe from Bass this fall. I bought the black suede/black ... combo. True to form, i love them. They're a classic pair of shoes. My only complaint, so far, is that they run a tad big, like about a half a size. I wish i had thought of it before i wore them out, i would've exchanged them for a half size smaller. I usually wear a 9..a solid 9 in almost every single brand of shoes...this one, i probably could've gone with 8.5 and been good. The tip of the shoe is a little bit pointed and that gives a little more room in the length. Maybe order your normal size and order a half size smaller, to see which one fits better. The suede and ... combo is of wonderful quality. The laces are in true Bass style, they need to be double knotted or done up in camp knots to keep from coming undone. love this shoe!
Mixed Feelings These ... comfortable and the built in sock is great. Some people have complained about the "wrinkled" look of the shoe and that is doesn't look very dressy/professional. I think that is a problem for people with thin and narrow feet because the ... looked wrinkly and "slipper ish" on my feet. I have slim, narrow feet. If I had wider feet that could fill out the ... more, I think they would look pretty good. There is no arch support but the bottom of the ... slightly padded and the rubber sole helps absorb shock. They felt comfortable on my feet, but the ... just weren't made for me and my slim feet.

Great shoes if your feet are a little wide! I dress in pretty minimalistic and classic way. I wear a lot of black, white and navy. I like subtle stripes and plaid, but I avoid animal prints like the plague. So, I'm sure most people would expect me to loathe these shoes. Silver black ombre leopard print flats? It just sounds tacky! But somehow... they really really work. I love them. They're chic, elegant and versatile. My feet are wide, but these shoes fit perfectly and are comfortable. They make my feet look so cute. And, of course, they don't provide much in the way of arch support or anything, but these kinds of shoes rarely do. I'm thinking of getting the black ... shoes as well.
The perfect flat I have been shopping around for the perfect black flat and I think I found it. I am a size 5/34 and I found this shoe to be true to size. I have pretty narrow feet and I didn't find it to be too wide as other people did. The ... quite soft, which makes the ... quite comfortable. Do I think the ... last forever? No. But I never expect flats to last that long-- especially ballet flats such as these. I personally think they are of great quality for the price.
awesome flat Comfortable right out of the box -- this is my third pair, I have every color now! Great shoes, well made, can walk for HOURS! A bit wider than other shoes, but they don't slip off -- that's why they are so comfy. HIGHLY recommend.
Super Cute, but the balance on the sole is wierd. I love the look of these flats. They're kind of skin color but with a twist (the snake pattern). Well MY skin color: white girl, olive skin, so you can wear them with almost everything and the color elongates the look of your legs. The shoes themselves fit comfortably and they are very thin and light, but the sole seems off balance. The sole is rubber and it tilts inward (imagine knock kneed, but not that extreme). I think it will even out with wear, so I do not think it will be an issue in the long run. They do run a 1/2 size big. [...] One thing that is not clear in the pic is that the ... little shiny. Not high gloss, but I think K. Cole was going for the shiny snake effect. I do not like shiny shoes and it does not really bother me.
cute shoes! I was looking for some comfortable ballet flats when I came accross these. They certainly fit the bill. [...] I ordered them in the pewter/metallic color which is a great neutral color and looks like the color on the site. I ordered the size I normally wear (8) and it fits, but it is a little snug in the front, but have stretched out and are more comfortable now. They don't offer a ton of support to do a lot of walking. I bought the shoes in the black animal skin as well and they tend to be a little snugger than the metallic ones (maybe because they are ... shoes are great and comfortbale, you may need to wear them a few times to stretch a little, but I wish they were a little more supportive.
Decent Black Flat I read other reviews before buying these shoes and many wrote about the weird little ... didn't bother me at all. I am usually between a 9 and 8 1/2 shoe size. I actually ordered the 9 and then returned them for the 8 1/2. The shoe runs really wide which makes it just feel big. A few other reviews said they look a bit cheap and this is where I have to agree. The shoes are cute, with the perfect round shape, but the quality does look a bit cheap. More like a 35 dollar black flat rather than a 59 dollar. Overall, they serve their purpose as the simple go to black flat but lets just say this...if I lost them today, I would replace them with something else.
I like the shoes, but they do run wide and the ... isn't as good quality as I had hoped it would be (it looks a bit crinkled when I flex my feet). Also, Piper Lime kind of dropped the ball in terms of customer service. I ordered them first, by accident, in the patent ... option. I returned them, specifically writing in addition to the shoe number that I did NOT want the patent ... ones, whereupon, they exchanged my shoes for the exact same ones I did not want! I called them right after receiving the e mail saying they had exchanged the order and got a very rude person who did not try to help me at all. He told me that it was not possible for them to stop the order, that I would have to wait for them to arrive and order the ones I wanted in the first place. I can't understand why, if it hadn't shipped yet, they couldn't just stop the order and save me the hassle. So now, I have two pairs of shoes, one of which I have to return AGAIN.
An ok option I ordered these particular shoes because I had the patent ... ones last summer, and loved them. I wore them everywhere, with everything. When those became unwearable (the seam that holds the back of the shoe together completely ripped open), I needed to find another everyday black flat. So, this time I chose to go with the ... because the patent ... ones took a while to break in and were painful for the first few months that I wore them. Fast forward to a week ago - I wore these new shoes for the first time and by the time I got home, the backs of the shoes were already scuffed and ripped from rubbing against the ground. Although there is a little "heel" on these, the sole itself isn't long enough to prevent the backs of the shoe from making contact with the cement when you walk. All that said, I've already had to take the shoe to the shoe maker so that extra ... could be added to the back. The shoe is basic and cute, so I'll wear them through the spring/summer, until they can't be worn anymore, and then I'll find a more sturdy replacement.
Poor Value These are, as others have noted, not worth the money for their quality. These ... would be good candidates for very casual wear, or to use if you live in a city and need a pair to walk to work but then take off when you get to the office to change into something more professional. They're not very comfortable though, now that I think of it. But the problem is, if that's the type of she you want, just save your money and buy the Steve Madden Heaven shoe instead, because it comes in a ton of colors and is easy to find in the $20-$30 range. I've been buying them for years and this year, I thought I would try a different brand with a similar look. But when these KC ... arrived, I just couldn't see why they were worth almost double the price. I'll stick with the Steve Maddens until someone makes a really nice ... flat at a fair price. I expected better quality from this brand.
Not impressed These shoes arrived and seem flimsy and like they won't withstand much use. I do a lot of walking around at my office job (which requires nice shoes and work outfits) and it seems like these shoes will show their wear in no time. I will be returning them.
Certainly not worth the price I bought these shoes about a year ago. I should have returned them because the fit just wasn't right. The size down is too small but this size is just a bit too long. The shoe also sits very wide on the foot for some reason. Here are the problems I had: 1. The back sole got completely worn and looked awful up the back of the shoe because of the wideness and length issues. 2. The shoe has no arch support so wearing these while doing any amount of walking ends in aching feet the next day. 3. One shoe has now completely split up the back seam. These shoes would be acceptable if they cost $10 and I wore them for one season but for this price they should be lasting substantially longer and looking good for the vast majority of that time. I suggest you purchase cheaper shoes or shoes of better quality.
