Perfect black ballet flats! I have been looking for a great pair of black ballet flats! I found them!! They are so comfortable, I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. These are basic simple black flats but I can wear them with capris, shorts or a skirt!! Just love them!
Best ... These flats are so great!!! I was looking for a comfortable, cute, basic black ... finally found it! I am a size 8 and they are true to size, and I usually have trouble with the width, but the width on these shoes are perfect. I have never had a more comfortable pair of flats. I love that I can dress them up or down. I am a teacher so I am on my feet all day and these are great shoes for being on your feet all day. Overall I am very very pleased!
The perfect ... I have been shopping around for the perfect black ... think I found it. I am a size 5/34 and I found this shoe to be true to size. I have pretty narrow feet and I didn't find it to be too wide as other people did. The leather is quite soft, which makes the shoes quite comfortable. Do I think the shoes will last forever? No. But I never expect flats to last that long-- especially ballet flats such as these. I personally think they are of great quality for the price.
Worth Every Penny I absolutely love these shoes and recommend them to everyone. I actually even tried the Steve Madden Heaven flats (based on another persons suggestion in these reviews) and found they tore up my heels. These Kenneth Cole ones are incredibly soft even in the heel and do not even rub them uncomfortably. I have such a hard time finding flats that do not give me blisters that I have never found a pair until now! The color is perfect, fit is true to size, and the comfort level is to die for especially with this low price.
Super cute and comfortable! I just purchased this leopard print shoe as a way to freshen up my all classic colors flats collection. It's more of a pewter than a silver color but looks great. I wear a size 8 and have wide feet and these fit my feet perfectly (not even slightly big on my left foot which is a teeny bit smaller). Anyone with normal/narrow sized feet might find these shoes to be a bit wide. The lining inside these flats is amazing, not sure what it is but I wish all shoes came with it. Not one blister or rub - super plush. LOVE the shoe overall and can't beat the sale price!
The Greatest Ballet Flats Ever Made! As someone who has struggled with finding a perfect pair of ballet flats for years, these Kenneth Cole Reaction flats are a gift from heaven! My job requires me to be on my feet at all times during my 8-hour shifts. I was able to wear these flats throughout my shift without needing to break them in. I did not feel any discomfort or pain whatsoever. I love them so much, I will get another pair in pewter!
These flats are cute. I've been searching around for a pair of plain black flats that didn't feel like I was wearing slippers. They run a bit big, so try ordering a 1/2 size down. The 7 1/2 was a bit snug, but stretched out to perfection after 2 wearings.
Simple, comfortable shoe Simple flats like these are hard to find, especially at such a reasonable price. I was pleased with these flats. They're very versatile and comfortable. My only problem is that they don't have much structure to them, so the sides of the shoes seem to stretch on the sides. This isn't a huge problem. I still wear them all the time, but I was happier with a pair of flats I bought from Old Navy last year which kept their shape better.
ouch! I ordered the pale snakeskin color and they are gor geous... however, incredibly painful. I am pretty wimpy with flats, most of them seem to dig into my feet more than on others, but these were simply un wearable. I got the Lucky brand flats instead, and although the Kenneth ones were so much cuter, I had to opt for comfort!
Cute but not durable After looking for a pair of black patent leather flats for a long time, I was very excited to get these. But after only wearing them a few times, the patent leather looking material started peeling on the back of the flats, exposing a grayish layer underneath. I am disappointed that these flats aren't more durable.
Not what they used to be. I wore a pair of these Slip On By flats until I could wear them no more. They were my favorite and most comfortable flats. Deciding it was finally time to replace them, I ordered another 7 1/2 as they ran a half size too large. What arrived was nothing like the pair I'd just "retired." They were too big all the way around for starters. However, the size I could do something about. The leather was another story. It puckered all over. The shape was a bit different too - probably due to the different sole KCR was now using. I thought I'd received a defective pair, so I tried again. Same ugly, cheap looking shoes. This version of the Slip On By is nothing like the first pair I owned. I'm really disappointed KCR would change an existing style and create such a cheap looking pair of shoes.
