Love these sandals. Great color, totally comfortable. Despite some other reviews, I think they are true to size.

Love these shoes
I have never spent this much money on a pair of shoes, but it was without a doubt worth it. I bought a size 9 in black and instantly fell in love with them. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned and are adorable. I have finally found a pair of sandals that are cute and comfortable- which has taken a long time!

Unbelievably comfortable and stylish too. Ordered another pair in black as these will be my go to sandals for this summer!

AHHHH!
These sandals are so comfortable but yet so fashionable. I have tried the bootie type of sandals before but these are slightly lower cut at the ankle. Very soft and not restricting at all. My size is a 10 medium and these sandals fit tts. Color is neutral so I can't wait for spring!!!

Soft gladiators
These are soft, comfy gladiator sandals, if pricey. I needed more padding in the sole than these provide, but the closed heel allowed me to insert extra padding. I prefer the rose color, which blends with my skin tone better than other colors and isn't available everywhere. Grey would be a second choice.

Size didn''t work for me.
I have a medium width foot, size 8.5 generally and often 8.0 for sandals. I ordered these in a size 8 and they were at least a half size too long -- which was made more obvious by the tan insole. (Why can't they make the insoles the same color as the uppers?!?) I exchanged them for a 7.5, which was OK in the length but too narrow in the toe area. Sorry to have to give up on these -- they're cute and very comfy.

Very big, and not for every leg
The sandals are lovely and soft. The soles are great mix of leather -- for a Capri ... look -- with rubber insets for traction. But they are a full size longer than normal. Plus they do not look great on shorter legs. [...]

Perfect summer sandals
Love these sandals! I bought the nude patent and they go with everything. I usually wear Jcrew or Tory sandals and I feel that these are better quality than both! I even bought a pair for my mom and sister in law!

So Comfortable
Love these sandals-- so comfortable and did not need "breaking in" like most sandals do. Love the whiskey color and the price-- definitely worth the money.

A wardrobe staple.
Love love love these sandals. These sandals can be either dressed up or down. I have received so many compliments on them, too! Very comfortable, especially considering I have flat feet. I highly recommend these sandals. Sam Edelman never lets me down.

well, the first thing I liked about these flat sandals was the comfort!! they are so comfortable and It is so very important, especially in the summer!!! the look is great and they are essential to my wardrobe! thinking of getting in in different colors as well... definitely worth the price!

great shoe
i love the color i purchased, the whiskey i believe it was. I have very narrow feet and for those normal width they are probably true to size. For me i had another hole added so they would not be so loose and it seemed to work fine. I have purchased this brand before and other sandals i have purchased a half size up. if it is an enclosed shoe i have always been fine with my normal size. Something with their sandals i guess.

Good little ...
I wear an 8 in dress shoes, ordered 8 in the almond, I debated the size, but I really don't like feet going over the side of sandals and it was really really close, but mostly the almond color was the EXACT shade of my skin (I'm a pale girl), so good color but it had to go back, watch out for that if you are on the paler side. I called up, super easy, exchanged for an 8.5 in the brown color and it's a much better color. The comments about the ... between your toe are right, if you make it tight so it doesn't flop around and you have no caluses between your toes, this WILL dig in if you walk around. Put on some bandaids to break it in and feels fine. Also loosened the straps so yes they aren't taught on me, but due to the strap between my toes they fit on fine. Like them, glad I got them using my $15 off tho. OH, and most important, I have narrow feet and these fit great on the bottom, but if you have wide feet and have any issue with not liking feet over the side of sandals you MIGHT not want these. Good casual, but still dressy enough ...

Love these, simple yet stylish!
I absolutely love these flat sandals! High shine yet casual enough to dress down an outfit. I have narrow feet, and though I think they run true to size, I think someone with a wider foot may have problems.

So Cute!
I got the pink and they look so cute with all my summer outfits. They probably run a little narrow, because they fit me perfectly and I have narrow feet. Most medium width shoes are too wide for me. They're too flat for serious walking. I probably won't wear them to walk around New York City all day on our vacation, but I will wear them out to dinner.

I wanted to love this, but...
When I saw these I fell in love. They're similar to my fav pair of Steve Madden sandals (which are falling apart) from Summer 2008. Since Piperlime was offering 20% off sandals, I ordered the Gigi's in 3 colors and was excited for them....but they fit awful!! The way the strap between the toe is angled, it cuts into my foot and hurts. Also my foot kept sliding forward when I'd walk. I wanted to love them but I regretfully returned all 3 pairs.

Sasquatch ...
These are a cute and simple flat ... look at. However upon ordering and trying on the toe piece is way to big for a normal foot. Immediate OUCH. This is a good Sasquatch ... those with huge wide feet with gaping space between your toes. Also the suede and neutral just looks dirty. Returned without wearing. Still looking for a good durable LEATHER flat.

So cute!
Love these sandals! I was really looking for dressy flip flops that could be a step up from my Havaianas and these are perfect. I am a true 8 and my size 8 sandals are the perfect fit. Still haven't worn them for long walks in the city yet but so far so good!

Great Leather ...
This is my third pair of Bernardo shoes. I am a true 8.5 but with all three pairs I order a 9 and they fit perfect so I would order half a size up. These are super cute and are a great plain black ... but still look very stylish. They are pretty comfy for a flat ... leather is super soft.

Love these sandals
This is my 2nd time buying Bernardo sandals. I have a thin foot and sometimes have a hard time finding sandals that fit. These are perfect.

Perfect Summer ...
I think these sandals are perfect! They are extremely comfortable and are very versatile. I don't like to wear heels at all and I feel like these shoes can go almost anywhere with me. The only downside to these sandals is that while they're 100% leather (awesome!), they don't give you great traction. You should definitely scuff the bottoms and even then they are a bit slippery. Nothing that isn't manageable if you expect it, but still just a little annoying. I would definitely recommend these sandals anyway! Effortless style and very comfortable!

Great Shoe!
I love Bernardo sandals! The Matrix fits my feet perfectly. I bought a size 8. They are very comfortable. They look great with dressier tshirts and casual tops. I wear my jeans with these as well. I have already received a compliment on them on Christmas day. I purchased two more pair of Bernardo sandals only a week or so after receiving these because the fit was so great! There is only one negative thing about Bernardo sandals; they are very slippery on the bottom.

Loved the look of the shoe but...
Loved the look of the shoe but wished it had come in half sizes. I usually wear 6-6.5. I had ordered the 7 and my foot swam in them, then I exchanged them for the 6 and although the overall fit was perfect the length was too short with my heel hanging off. It's a beautiful, well made ... but alas had to return due to sizing only. My search for the perfect flat leather ... continues....

These sandals are really cute but felt a size small...I usually wear a size 8 but these felt a little short...I love bernardo sandals and they are usually right on but this style is a little off...unfortunately I had to return them but I wont stop shopping at piperlime

OK.....not great
I ordered these in the blush color in a size 8. The color is actually a metallic light pinky bronze and the size seems a half size too small. I ordered a pair of Steve Madden flat sandals at the same time in an 8 and they fit perfectly. Also, the footbed is wide and looks kinda funky. Sending these back with no regret.

Slippery & Uncomfortable
These are extremely cute on. They are AWFUL to walk in. They are so slippery that I had to take them off when walking on a slight incline. They are also the kind of flat that makes you longing for an arch support after 50 yards.

Color is not as pictured
I'm sure these are great sandals; everyone seems to love them. I ordered the Platinum to replace old silver sandals. These arrived and seemed cute and comfortable, but they color should be called "Champagne." I understand that "platinum' is usually more understated than 'silver,' but these lean much closer to gold than silver. I returned because I have gold sandals and need silver.
