LOVE LOVE LOVE! I can't even tell you how much I love these shoes! I had originally found them in a store, but of course they didn't have my size and I finally found them on Piperlime. I am so happy that they had my size and I just love the color. The heel height is slightly lower than I normally wear, but these will be perfect for work and for days when I'll be doing more walking. The color is beautiful and the fit is great. I own 2 other pairs of ... Camuto shoes and think they are very comfy and high quality. If you are debating ordering these shoes do it! They are perfect and the blush color goes with everything!
Classics Beautiful shoes. Classic and timeless. The low(er) heel on these shoes combined with the slight platform makes them EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable. I love ... styling and quality. Only downside to my review, the order took 7 days to get to me! Being a Gap Card Silver member, I was disappointed to find that Piperlime's shipping, which was once very prompt, has slowed down greatly - even outside of their promised level of service.
Great! But sizing is weird Love these shoes but the sizing is a little off. I tried the 7 and 7.5 and the difference between the two seemed greater than a half size. I kept the smaller of the two even though they are a little tight. I like everything about these shoes and the color is really neutral (not pink as the name implies).
Dissapointed in Quality Very dissapointed in the quality of these shoes. The color was perfect and at first glance they were beautiful. However, the instant I put them on, the leather wrinkled at the side by where the internal platform was. It looked horrible and was very noticable! After having them on for mere seconds I can only imagine how horribly the ... wear in time. For the price I paid I would expect the quality to be far superior. In addition, the heal was quite low (especially because of the internal platform). I wanted to love them but couldn't justify the price for the issues.
Perfect nude shoes! I have been looking for nude colored shoes that are affordable for the longest time and finally I ran into this pair while browsing Piperlime. They are the perfect shade of nude. It's patent leather so it's a bit shiny but I don't mind the shininess on this pair. I haven't had the chance to wear them so I can't review about the comfort of the shoes. Overall, I love them!
amazing I bought these shoes to replace a pair of aldo's that I used as my "every day work" ... unsure because there were mixed reviews. When I got them, I was nervous because they were a bit snug, but the first time I wore them ws for a full day of work and the leather formed perfectly to my foot. There is also a small coushin in them so my feet did not hurt after an 8 hour day of wearing them. These shoes are fantastic!
My new go to ... I have a pair of black peep toe Enzo Angiolini Mayliles that I have worn out and I was looking for something to replace them. The Renees are similar in feel, but more modern with the thicker heel and platform. ... Camuto leather is super soft, these shoes mold to your feet. The platform makes the heel height very comfortable and I have no problem wearing these all day at work. So far I've paired them with skirts and dresses. I think they'll also be great with jeans on the weekend. I found these shoes true to size.
Tight in the Toes These shoes are GORGEOUS on- I had them delivered to my office, and immediately got compliments from my coworkers. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a sleek, classic peep toe pump, but be prepared to work them in. LIke most patent leather shoes, they need to be broken in before you should expect to wear them out for a night on the town. I've worn them about 3 times at work trying to break them in for a wedding and they have loosened up in the heel, however the toe area is still very tight. The platform helps to give height, while still staying fairly comfortable throughout the day.
Beautiful shoes I haven't worn the shoes yet. I took them to a ... repair to have them stretched around the top, only because I have arthritis in my one foot and there is a knot that is situated right at the bottom of my big toe. But, I am going to wear my new shoes soon!!.
love these.... shoes! Super sexy yet classic. Surprisingly comfortable, given the height. The color works with just about everything, and the style compliments pretty much all outfits, from casual to dressy. Definitely recommend these shoes.
Beautiful, but painful I just received the nude patent and started getting a blister after an hour of wearing them around the house. I figured that patent would take a while to wear in, but these will be tough. I'm typically a 9.5 in ... but these were slightly too big. Not big enough to size down a half size, but enough to where my heals popped out after walking briskly. The nude color is perfect with my fair skin. If your willing to work to wear these in, then these are your shoes, but if you want to wear them for more than an hour at a time, then dump these from your shopping bag and move on.
Good ... [...] These shoes are great. Really gorgeous, BUT they are a half size big compared to all of my other VC shoes, so I am sending them back. I do have a wide foot in the front and felt that the toe box was generous. [...] When I opened the box, the shoes had a huge black scuff mark on the arch side of the foot that I couldn't remove (I ordered the patent nude color). How disappointing. [...] I'm pretty unhappy [...] And I'm disappointed in the quality control to ensure a good product is shipped. [...] The shoes are being returned today and I won't be giving you any more of my business.
Not the best fit I tried these shoes on in a different color and loved them. they fit great. But the tan patent was a different story. I think because it is patent the material isn't as flexible or forgiving and that meant that these shoes pinched my feet. they were tough to slip into and squished my toes in a weird way. Too bad because I loved the fit in the store with the regular leather - and piperlime doesn't carry them.
Very Disappointed I bought these shoes despite reading the reviews. First, I couldn't even get them on and I ordered my normal size. You could see the poor manufacturing at the seams of the ... top it off they smelled like paint as if they just spray painted them that color. I've seen MUCH better shoes for that price.
Low Quality I loved the styling and color of these shoes so much that when they came in the first time with obvious flaws on them, I returned that pair and re ordered the same ones figuring maybe I just got a defective pair. On the first pair, the finishing of the ... sides of the ... meet the heel and platform sole, was sloppily finished - glue showing and in one spot the nude "patent leather" was lifting by the heel. The second pair had similar defects, including a slight gathering of the leather in spots near the heel/platform sole. In addition, the patent leather had a wrinkled appearance all over the ... rather than being smooth as patent leather typically is. So, it turned out the second pair had even more issues than the first. The color of these shoes is the perfect nude (not too pink or brown for my skin tone). They run true to size, seemed like they'd be relatively comfortable and truly look great on in terms of shape and style. I realize these days [$] is on the less expensive side for a pair of shoes (still not inexpensive by any means), and perhaps my expectations in this price range are too high!? It just doesn't feel right though paying nearly $100 for a ... such poor workmaship - so both pairs were returned.
