Oh My Gosh! These are THE most wonderful shoes my feet have experienced in many years! I have searched diligently for some walking shoes, and have been very disappointed. These shoes have plenty of toe box room, with very good arch support. They can be worn with or without socks. I put them on with no socks and havent stopped walking yet! No break in period. . . just wore them immediately. No blisters, no problems at all. They can be adjusted by pulling the cord at the top. I have RArthritis and serious foot problems. I was concerned the rubber big toe piece would cause a problem since I have toes which I call "ski toes." This was not a problem at all, there was plenty of space for my "ski toes!" This was my first pair of Keens, but they won't be my last. . . I have ordered another pair, just in case.
Perfect for vacationing I bought these just prior to my Disney vacation. Thank goodness I found these shoes just in time. They were perfect for chasing my little ones around in the water. They dry and drain so quickly that I didn't have to worry about walking into the hotel wearing soaking shoes. They were comfortable for trekking around the parks (I'm sure we covered 13 miles a day) even in the hot sun. I'm also glad that these shoes came in colors that easily paired with my jeans, shirts and bathing suits. All in all, I'm glad I made this purchase.
