Love it... These are perfect, simple ... summer! I was looking for a basic, classic ... can throw on with skinnies or a dress and these are it. They're comfortable and I can wear them all day without a problem. The sole is really cushy and the straps don't rub at all on me. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 and ended up going with the 8 - so the fit is maybe a half size off. But overall I love these and would definitely recommend them!
Very Cute! Lovely summer ... typically wear 7.5, ... after reading some reviews ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I have no problems with the back strap sliding off, ... also don't think ... shoes are for extended city walking (i.e. more than four hours of intense walking). They're more for strolling around and enjoying the summer. Love the bright pink color and get compliments every time I wear them.
Great basic ... I recently bought this t strap in the light tan color. It's a great basic ... goes with everything and I've already gotten a lot of use out of them. There's not really anything unique about these, but they are a great basic and a summer staple.
Cute Shoe This shoe is actually very cute for the price. I think the price alone makes it a great buy. I haven't walked too much in them so I can't really comment on that, but the bottom does have a lot of support (more support than my Bernardo ... also do not have any problems with the strap being too thick as others have. From the top angle, I was really worried that it looked like my foot was eating the shoe but when you look in the mirror, the shoe really does look great. I have a really wide foot but my true 8 1/2 size still fits perfectly.
Good little ... I wear an 8 in dress shoes, ordered 8 in the almond, I debated the size, but I really don't like feet going over the side of ... really really close, but mostly the almond color was the EXACT shade of my skin (I'm a pale girl), so good color but it had to go back, watch out for that if you are on the paler side. I called up, super easy, exchanged for an 8.5 in the brown color and it's a much better color. The comments about the ... between your toe are right, if you make it tight so it doesn't flop around and you have no caluses between your toes, this WILL dig in if you walk around. Put on some bandaids to break it in and feels fine. Also loosened the straps so yes they aren't taught on me, but due to the strap between my toes they fit on fine. Like them, glad I got them using my $15 off tho. OH, and most important, I have narrow feet and these fit great on the bottom, but if you have wide feet and have any issue with not liking feet over the side of ... MIGHT not want these. Good casual, but still dressy enough ...
Good Staple Love these Silver T strap ... have them in Black too.You can wear them casual or dressy and they are super comfy. They look good with Shorts, Dresses and Skinny Jeans. Great investment.
Great ... but can''t handle a lot of wear I LOVED these ... black) last summer and wore them constantly for 2-3 months. Unfortunately, they couldn't take it -- one of the straps is literally hanging on by a thread and my shoe repair guy said he couldn't do anything. I'm considering buying another pair for this spring/summer, though, because I loved them so much.
I wanted to love this, but... When I saw these I fell in love. They're similar to my fav pair of Steve Madden ... (which are falling apart) from Summer 2008. Since Piperlime was offering 20% off ... ordered the Gigi's in 3 colors and was excited for them....but they fit awful!! The way the strap between the toe is angled, it cuts into my foot and hurts. Also my foot kept sliding forward when I'd walk. I wanted to love them but I regretfully returned all 3 pairs.
Ouch! I got these in orange, and they looked adorable out of the box. But when I put them on, they toe strap was sooooo uncomfortable, my feet started hurting immediately so I'm sadly returning them. The design is definitely flawed, as some other reviews have pointed out - the toe strap is much too wide and really digs into the space between your big toe. On the picture it appears as if the strap "turns" but in reality it doesnt. Too bad, these ... so cute!
yes, but I wore these ... not longer than 2 days in the summer before one of the straps broke out of the sole. They look great, are comfortable, and very versatile, but boy was that a waste of money...
Love these sandals I have been looking at these sandals for over a year before buying them on sale. I don't usually spend this much on flats. I usually wear between a 6.5 and 7 and have a slightly narrow foot, but the size 7 fit perfectly. They are beautifully made and I'm glad I bought them. Can't wait to wear them!
Fabulous Flats! These sandals are absolutely perfect! Purchased in the black leather and am thinking about ordering the brown as well. I have been looking for a silver ... no avail, but these work wonderfully! Would highly recommend!

Excellent quality! I absolutely love these sandals! They are not only comfortable to wear but fit my narrow feet perfectly! The leather does not look cheap and I can honestly say I think these sandals are worth what I paid for!
My new favorites! These sandals are not completely comfortable, but are so beautiful that I'm willing to put up with it. There is pressure at the point where the straps meet at the top of my foot. I have a high instep, but not large ankles, yet the ankle strap is on the last (largest) adjustment. The design goes well with many styles, especially cropped jeans and pants. The leather is a rich color and they are very nicely made. My daughter can't wait to borrow them.
Love them! I had been eyeing these Bernardos for some time now, so glad I bought them! I wear an 8 normally, and the 9 fit me perfectly. They have decorative white stitching around the edges, and the 9 allowed the stitching to show. I like the Lux Calf color a lot, it is a dark bronze color that is much prettier in person. Just the right amount of sparkle, if you didn't look closely you would think they were brown. I took a chance and wore these for the 3rd time on a day long walking tour of Boston. My feet hurt a lot from walking on cobblestone by the end of the day, but these sandals were comfortable the whole time, A+. They look cute with jeans, dresses and shorts, I love them!
can''t wait for warmer weather! these sandals are super cute! i got the black and love the contrast with the silver studs. the leather is soft and the metalic bottom adds a little pizzaz. i think these will be my staple ... summer. i haven't worn them yet, but they are very comfortable (no break in time needed). can't wait for the next warm, sunny day in WA!

Great ... I love these sandals! They are very cute. They tend to run a little small though.. I had to go a size up. Also, my feet slide a little when I walk but I think I just need to get used to walking in them. Otherwise, I think they are great sandals!

STRANGE SIZING! I really wanted to love these, but they are going back - the sizing is wayyyyyy off! I always wear a 8 in ... but in these my toes hung off and the straps were way too tight (and I have skinny ankles). I exchanged them for a 9, since they don't come in half sizes, but now they are too big on my foot, though the straps fit just right. Disappointing!

Another Great Pair of Bernardos! Not that these shoes really need another great review, but I thought it couldn't hurt! The sole is the same cut and size as other Bernardo shoes so it's pretty easy to get the right size. But, remember that the Miami flip flop style often requires a larger size than the typical t strap ones..so I go smaller on these. Back to this particular pair though, they're perfect. I bought them in white and brown and love them both. I was worried the heal part would be a bother but no problems so far!

Softest leather ever! These sandals are very cute! The back strap slips a little bit, but the leather is so soft and yummy, they still feel GREAT!
Lovely ... I like nice shoes, but had made up my mind not to spend more than $100 on a pair of sandals. I made the exception here, and they are well worth it. Very high quality, very well made. I usually wear an 8 1/2, and the size 9 fit me well.

Very cute These sandals are really cute and great quality. If you are familiar with Bernardo, these have the same foot bed shape as all of their other sandals. This is my only complaint as it doesn't quite conform to my foot properly and looks a little clunky at the toe area because the foot bed is so wide. If you have narrow feet, you may need to order narrows to make the straps fit (I have to wear the regular width on the tightest hole). Very comfortable and the brown is a nice, chocolate color which is hard to find in summer sandals.
Pleasantly surprised I just got my antique grey Kairo ... am delighted. The color online does indeed look like a pale grey, ... actually a rich, matte, medium grey leather with an aged patina. The leather has a appealing weathered look. This is much more versatile than I had even hoped (I love grey). I am an aficionado of the Gizeh, and have them in a few colors. The back strap on the Kairo gives a less casual, more substantial and rustic look, while the braiding adds a little interest and emphasizes the gradations of the leather. I could see wearing ... jeans, or with a dress. Can't wait!
Pretty Birks? Yes Please! I love to wear Birkenstocks, ... they are not the most chic shoes. I have worn the Gizeh model for several years, ... wanted a new pair with a heel strap, so I was looking for a pair of Cairo ... so much more feminine than all the rest! The braiding is very pretty, and the gray leather is quite supple. As usual, it took some time breaking them in and getting blisters where the leather rubbed my heel, ... now they are divine. I wear ... practically everyday and get compliments everywhere I go. People can't believe ... Birks!
Amazing comfort, nice style. I bought ... wear in place of running shoes and socks during the summer. I wanted support and comfort, ... also something I would enjoy looking down at. I love them. The color is great, and I could definitely wear them ALL DAY walking in New York, San Francisco, or the Wild Animal Park. The braided t strap and color combination add style to what might otherwise be too masculine and frumpy.
