INCREDIBLY HAPPY!!! I wish it would ... every day so i could wear them all the time with out looking like a buffoon for wearing ... sunshine. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! Well worthy the [$]
Best for Smaller People I have small feet (size 5-5 1/2) and have had a hard time finding cheaper rain boots in my size that would also fit around my smaller calves. I finally decided to invest in these and they were a great decision and worth every dollar. The rain doesn't come in at the top because they are fitted around the calf, they offer them in smaller sizes, and they are very comfortable to walk in all day! If you have had trouble finding rain boots that don't look huge on your legs, these are a good choice!
Waited 3 years for these... and it was worth the wait. I searched and searched for a rain ... 3 years that would fit great, looked mature, and under $40; I never came close. Since 3 years went by and still no rain boots, I decided to go ahead and spend a little more on a rain ... am so happy I did. My Hunters feel great and look so stylish. Constant compliments, anytime I wear them. Even my husband likes them (he could care less about women shoes). This is proof that the boots were worth every penny. No complaints - however, I highly recommend buying a whole size down; I am a size 6 (US) and fit perfectly into a size 5 (US) in Hunters.
Love them! I needed durable boots for all the rain here in Kent, Ohio but they had to be comfy enough for me to walk all around campus in. I LOVE these boots. They are so comfotable and really warm. You can make them go with some cute skinny jeans or roll out of bed and wear them with some sweats. I did order 1/2 size smaller and they fit perfectly. The ideal rain ... want it to rain here everyday now!!!!
Super Duper SLAMMIN'' in my rain ... WAHOO!! LOVE them. I bought three pairs...but had to limit myself to two colors. Absolute delight. I am an extremely picky person and i love these. Whe n you get them they are a little chalky but i think it is because of the production film over it...not sure...but i love them and being from sunny socal where I despise the rain, my hunter ... has made me not mind it so much because at the end of a rainy day, the ... make me my gloomy rainy days one heck of a day....can't ... my parade no more!! BOOYAH!! I can't believe how much i love these ... am taking my time to write a review on them!! I am not one those types to do that either.
Best Rainboots! I've gone through three pairs of ... 4 years - although they are expensive, they are well worth it. If you live in a city and walk a lot, spend the extra money and buy Hunter ...
LOVE these ... These ... so comfortable and stylish! They come all the way up to your knee, which is rare for a ... previously owned are nothing compared to these! These are heavy duty, high quality rubber. EXTREMELY well made!
Not the Same ... Pictured I wasn't excited to pay a chunk of change for a ... but I need something to wear to work other than my hardware store ... rainy days- and I did get excited by Hunter's colors, oh to have a bright shiny ... chose was 'Rachel Zoe's Pick' and I chose it, as I thought she did, for the color - a shocking shiny purple. However, when they arrived at my house they truly lived up to the color Aubergine (eggplant, ick). The color is flat/dull, otherwise unremarkable. When I examined the photo more closely there appears to be fabric around the buckle, but it's plastic on my ... said, these are good ... can see why they're so popular. So if it rains before I get around to sending them back, I may keep them. Just disappointed by the color...
Fun Rain ... The only reason I chose Hunter rain boots over other brands was the wide selection of welly socks. You could easily find a plain simple rain ... half the price, but when paired with welly socks, the boots are worth the extra money. I have four different pairs of the socks and each pair gives the boots a different look. All of the previous reviews are pretty clear, THESE BOOTS RUN BIG. I usually wear a size 8-8.5, so I ordered the 8. Even when I'm wearing the thick welly socks in the boots, they are still too big. Another complaint is they are a little tight around my calves when I wear them over jeans. I am a runner, so I have muscular calves. If your calves are bigger than average, you might want to consider getting the wider version of this ... chose the aubergine color. It seems to go with anything. Overall, I like these boots. They are very trendy right now, but they are a practical addition to any wardrobe and they are good quality.
Investment Piece I live in so cal and it does not rain much but after spending a raining day at disneyland with a cheap pair of rain boots I decided that I should invest in something more comfortable. These boots are comfortable and stylish. I normally wear a 6 1/2 and ordered the size 6. The boots fit a little big so that there's room to wear thicker socks.
Great Waterproof ... This ... great if you are looking for a ... but aren't comfortable with all the loud print options you see in ... lately. They only come in whole sizes, so they will run a little big if you wear a half size (and I do), but it isn't unmanageable. My one complaint is that they are tight at the top around the calf, especially if you are a runner or work out often and have decent sized calf muscles (as I do). If you are looking to be able to tuck your pants into the ... one might not be for you.

The best boots ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These boots are one of the best ever. They fit so good I wear a size 6 and I ordered a size 6. I love the green color its my favorite. The fur lining is great I work in the freezing cold and they keep my feet warm and dry. I only have one regret not ordering one in every color.
Great on snow & ice These rain boots are great! We live in the mountains and I wanted a simple ... wear when we have snow and ice in the driveway. These fit the bill perfectly. The lining is very warm, they fit well, and have great traction, even on packed snow and ice.
My New Favs I have never had a better pair of boots before. I had to take out the insoles because they kept sliding around, but otherwise I have been very pleased with these boots. They keep my feet a little warmer than other rain boots I have owned. It snows a lot where I live and these have been perfect in the rain, snow, slush, etc. Also they grip really well and I have yet to slip when walking to class.
love ''em! I just got these and can't wait to wear them in the rain. These boots run large and I took the other reviews into account and ordered an 8 (eu 39), but I usually wear 8.5 or 9. Love the furry lining. Fit without socks is fine (a little loose in the heel as mentioned in another review), but socks should fix that. These boots hit mid calf and I have wide calves, and there's still room! Bring on the rain puddles!
LOVE LOVE LOVE I love these boots. They're soooooooo soft in the inside and very comfortable. I don't really like to wear boots, but these are great! Would definitely recommend these to everyone!
Excellent Rain ... These boots are excellent. They are warm and fuzzy, so you can even wear them in the winter snow and slush! Mid calf, with a nice wide opening. Very solid boots for the price!
super cute, but not a good fit These boots are super cute! The best rain ... I've seen, however... I have high arches,, and these boots were snug right around my arches.. the width is good, and there's plenty of room around the calf.. it's just around my arches. It was rubbing the top of my foot and it was hurting. I had to return them. I would say these are super cute and great if you have flat feet or a low arch..
Warm and comfy but very wide calf Pros: Warm and waterproof. I wore them all day apple picking and they were comfortable Cons: Very wide at top. So wide, that I think rain is going to seep in. Too bad they don't come in half sizes either.
A lasting impression of perfection!!! These rain boots are probably one of the best rain boots I have ever bought. They are very useful for snow, rain, slush, or whatever else you would like to use them for. I have to admit I had a hard time trying to figure out the proper size I should get because the site gives the wrong sizing chart. So this is how the sizing works: 36(US women's 5), 37( US women's 6), 38(US women's 7), 39(US women's 8), 40(US women's 9), 41(US women's 10), 42(US women's 11). Hope this is useful! And GOOOD LUCK : )
Heavy and Clunky I bought these boots out of necessity, for the extreme cold winter we are experiencing this year.They feel a bit too heavy and clunky, not the most comfortable and easy rubber boots to wear. The fake fur is not thick enough, not sure why it is there? I just hope I won't get it wet.The sizing seems off too, i ordered a US 5 but it feels like a size 6 and they are a bit too wide to my liking. I kept it, i just add a pair of thicker socks so it doesn't slip off of my feet. Looks sturdy to last thru this spring and next winter, hopefully.
Yikes! My title says it all -- these boots are most definitely being returned. The outside ... quality is good, which is as expected from Tretorn. No icky plastic smell that some other rainboots have. But the inside fleece lining pilled as soon as I lifted the shoe from the box. It left fleece residue all over my jeans and socks when I tried the shoes on. Even worse, the opening for my foot is ridiculously wide; my ankles look like skinny reeds in a pond! If I wore the shoes out, for sure rain would collect inside the ... b/c the opening is so large. I'm petite and my calves are on the smaller side, but this was just a ridiculous fit. So these are going to be returned asap. (FYI, I much preferred the Tretorn Kellys.)
