Bad process I ordered a pair of dress shoes and when i received them, they were a half size too big. PIperlimes process is that when you return the shoes, they mail you a gift card equal to the dollar value of your order. Once you receive the gift card, you then reorder the correct size and use your gift card. This is really inefficient and a hassle. In my case, not only the extra step of using the gift card, but it was lost in the mail and they had to cancel it, resend another one and a month and half later i finally received the correct size shoes. Prob won't be using piperlime again.

Great shoes! These shoes are very comfortable. I was surprised with the fast break in period. They are also very stylish and I receive many complements on them. I would definitely recommend these shoes.
Not thrilled with this one These shoes are made of stiff, shiny material that is just borderline plastic. While the lightness and the design are some redeeming qualities they can't make up for the questionable material.
