I get these sandals for my son every year, actually 2 pairs. I like them because they cover their toes, have odor control and my son says that they are super comfortable.

Buy them every year!
I love these Keen sandals. My son destroys all his shoes except for these. They are well made and last all summer. This is the only pair of sandals he gets for the summer and they are worth every penny.

This is the second pair of Keen's we have purchased for our son and they are fantastic. The first pair has survived 2 years and we bought these as a replacement for when the others become too small. Keen's wear like iron and are a great all around shoe option because they offer so much more foot protection than most sandals. Definately worth the money.

These are fantastic sandals! My son wears them all the time; we throw them in the washer when they get dirty and they look brand new! He loves them too. They are sturdy, never slipping off his feet.

Love Keen Sandals But Run Small!!
My kids and I wear Keen sandals all summer. There isn't a better boy ... out there -- great support, waterproof, washable. But Keen kids' shoes run small. My son normally wears a 2 and I bought a 3. The 3 fits perfectly with no extra room. I would have liked a little more room in the toe for growth, but we kept them anyway because we needed them right away.

Our new favorite camp ...
Those are not as heavy as Newport H2, which my girls love a lot. Yet, they provide enough support and coverage for active kids, summer camp and all. We especially love the fact there are no heavy straps or buckles around ankles. The cord allows to adjust it for high instep perfectly and is easy to operate. I wish they had more colors and I also wish that little kid Whisper model was done the same way(and it is not, it has one more strap and looks more like Newport). So far it wears and washes back to looking new, and we are talking about couple of weeks of day camp shoe abuse. Regarding the sizing - I usually get the wide in Stride Rite to accomodate for high instep, those were fitting exactly like Stride Ride wide sizes(1W for size 1, etc.)It also looks that cord can be adjusted to fit normal way instead of wide.

Great Summer Show
Finally, a shoe our daughter will keep on her feet!! She is constantly taking off flip flops, & tennis shoes are too hot, but these have been perfect for hot days on our ranch in WY. They were comfy for her from the moment she put them on, and they are really cute on her. Thanks for a cool, comfortable, cute & practical alternative to sandals!!

Keen Review
This is my second pair of Keen Newport H2 sandals for my daughter. She wore her first pair constantly last summer and I expect the same from the new pair! The color is great and goes with everything and they're easy to get on and off. I love that they're machine washable - her first pair started to stink pretty badly and I stopped the problem by putting a thin pair of socks on her. I would like the flexibility though to not have to wear socks, especially on warm days. Either way, with socks or without, they look adorable on her, are super comfy and she loves them! LOL!!! As I am re ordering these shoes for my third year in a row for my daughter, I see a review about stinky feet. These sandals totally make my daughters feet stink, too! No mater how much I wash them, they still stink. No other shoes we own do this. The stink aside, we just love these shoes. They are stable and solid. They keep her feet steady while she runs, climbs and play. They are excellent for the toddler years. I keep buying these year after year for her and I am also buying them for my son who should be walking this summer!

GREAT SHOE!
MY 5YR OLD IS SUCH A DIVA GIRL SO I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THIS SHOE NOT BEING DANTY ENOUGH FOR HER..BUT WHEN SHE TRIED THEM ON SHE DIDNT WANT TO TAKE THEM OFF BEING HOW COMFORTABLE THEY ARE AND COULDNT WAIT TO WEAR THE NEXT DAY..THEY WERE A GREAT FIT AND VERY DURABLE AS SHE LOVES TO PLAY OUTSIDE. HER FEET ARE WELL PROTECTED AND SHE ALSO FEELS VERY SUREFOOTED. SHE WILL BE ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP AND I LOVE THE PROTECTION THEY GIVE AS WELL AS BEING WATER PROOF. I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE AGAIN AS THO I FEEL SHE WILL GET A GREAT WEAR OUT OF THIS PRUCHASE..WELL WORTH THE MONEY ESPECIALLY SINCE ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD SANDALS THAT DONT BLISTER THE BACK OF HER FOOT. Excellent Summer Shoe!
I bought Keen Newport H2 sandals for my nearly 3 yr old daughter after searching and searching for a playground, water safe, and general all purpose summer shoe. These are perfect. My daughter loves them and they are incredibly rugged. I was concerned that they might be too clunky for her small, narrow foot, but they are actually great. I even bought them a little bit big so they'd last, and she has no problems running, jumping, etc. These are great pre school shoes, protect small toes and feet, and are great for mud and water. They wash up like a snap, and work well with socks for cooler days. I think I will be buying a new pair every summer. They are the perfect Spring/Summer/Fall shoe.

Best summer shoe for kids
I bought my girls these shoes last summer, and they lived in them! It's like a combination sneaker and ... all in one. The sides are open, so they breathe, but their toes and heels are protected. An excellent choice!

worth the $$
these sandals were perfect for my girls. very durable, great for activities on the playground, waterproof, the perfect sandals to run around in for the summer. It even fit one of my girls who have very narrow feet. purchased 8 instead of 9 since she was 81/2. I usually have trouble finding shoes that fit properly since most toddlers have medium to wide widths. My other twin with medium width also fit nicely as well!

i love these shoes
these sandals are great, i like the beet red color. there great for any outdoor activities especially if you go out to the river they work well as water shoes for theme parks. i like the idea of an all in one summer shoe.

The best toddler sandals anywhere!
I have always bought Keen sandals for my kids. They are the ONLY ones that do not make my kids feet stink. I have bought a couple of knock offs, but they never fit the same or keep smelling clean for very long. I bought this particular pair for my 2 year old. Although she'll probably only be able to wear them this summer, I believe they are worth the price. My son (3) was able to wear one size for both this summer and last.

The sandals look geat...I'v tried them on my 4 years old daughter and they really fit well ....Can't say much about them right now coz I bought them for the coming summers....But by the look of it...they are definitely going to match her rough player nature...I'd like to buy something like that for myself too......

Best Water Shoes We''ve Ever Tried
Held up very well to water. Great for running on rocks and in the middle of streams, while still giving great foot support for hiking. Not slippery at all, like other water shoes. I highly recommend it for everyday as well as serious water play.

Loving It!!!
This is the second year we've ordered the Keens. My daughter's 5 & 8 loved wearing them last year and were jumping for joy when they saw the new pairs of Keens had arrived. They love wearing them to the beach, playground, water parks and more. I love how they go with everything and are easy to wash (especially since the girls wear them without socks!).

This KEEN ... 3rd pair for my daughter and year after year I know when I buy these we are getting a quality ... She gets so many compliments when she wears them and are 100% approved by her daycare (closed toe) as well. What I recently learned is that they are machine washable, I haven't done it yet, but I will. My daughter plays hard and her feet do sweat a bit in these, and her feet do taken on an aroma after a full day of wearing them. I don't consider that a draw back because she gets a bath every night in the summer months. Overall know you are getting an awesome pair of sandals, you will not be dissapointed!!

Great ... - from school to playground to party
This is the 3rd pair of this style that I have purchased for my 4-year old daughter. The sandals are cute, comfortable and indestructable. Upon washing, they look brand new. They come in a range of colors. The only negative is that they are not inexpensive - given the brief period of time my daughter's feet fit in a given size. The plus is that they make great hand me-downs. Finally, in my experience, these sandals run a little small.
