Wonderful GO TO! This ... awesome! I would love to wear it every day. The fabric is super soft and is durable for such a fine, soft fabric. I have worn and washed it several times and it has not pilled, shrunk, or become misshaped. I'm 5'10", 130 lbs and the size small is a great fit. My only complaint is that the sleeves are slightly too short and hit just above my wrist bone, but my arms are very long. I purchased the black color and it does a great job of not collecting lint or hair on it. This ... works really well over sleeveless tops. The sleeves are more form fitting than the body, so short sleeve tops don't work very well because you can see the seam line from the shirt underneath. I will definitely be purchasing this ... another color.
Very soft and love the color! I need more layering pieces and was thrilled to find this Splendid cardigan for such a steal on Piperlime! I love the softness of the fabric as well as the color which goes well with my fair hair and hazel eyes. Also, these styles of cardigans look great casual or dressy and on all body types! Perfect for traveling too!
Adds Curves:-) This is one of the best wraps I have ever found! It is super stylish, yet soft and comfy. It drapes beautifully and creates the illusion of curves on a slim, straight body. The soft gathers are also ideal for accentuating a petite bust. It instantly dresses up dark jeans and a tank top for an evening out and is the perfect weight for the temperate San Francisco Bay Area climate. I am a size 0-2 and the XS was a perfect fit. The longest part of the sweater (front) hit a couple of inches above my knee (I'm 5'4). I originally bought this in Navy (gorgeous!) and had to go back and get it in White as well. This cardigan is definitely a winner.
Adorable...but runs big. My cardigan just arrived. I ordered this in a medium, navy. I"m big busted so I figured I'd follow the reviews that called it true to size. I guess it's all the draping, but it just feels a just a tad big. I'm debating whether or not to send it back and exchange it for a small. Still, I 'd say this item is a keeper. Pros: The material feels so luxurious, the color is rich. The softest thing I've ever put on my body. It wraps you in comfort but it looks sophisticated without trying too hard. Cons: Sizing is iffy. The sleeves are tight, but the item itself is drapey, so really it depends on prefference. I would lean on getting a size smaller since the draping is forgiving. I think I'll take it home, try it with well cut jeans, flats, a fitted tank and show it to my husband. I may keep the medium or get a small, but either way, I'm owning one of these beauties.
