Great shoes, but it''s contact paper. These shoes are very comfortable to walk in. They're a perfect fit, and the leather is soft and pliable, not stiff at all. The studs give this ... added edginess. But there's a bubble in the "stacked wood" heel. It's very obviously covered with a conctac like paper to give it the appearance of wood. The description didn't quite prepare me for it, and I think when you hold them and look at them, they look cheap. But when you're wearing them, they just look cute. I bought the nude color and it is the perfect shade of a nude tan, not brown or olivey and not pink. I didn't send them back but they didn't get the 5 stars that I would have given them if they had a different heel covering .
Runs really small I received the shoes yesterday. They were adorable but but the ... good half size too small. I am a true 6.5 and I'm going to risk it and order a 7 because the shoes are so cute. I hope they fit!

roommate said looked cheap wanted a neutral color and wanted studs. the fit was fine but the color was blah...just looked bad and combined with the studs had a very cheap feel. i guess a matter of taste...the shoes look better in the pic then in person. back to looking for a neautral.
